A wait list may be required. \nAbout Frederick Moyer:  \nFrederick Moyer is one of the most exciting pianists before the public today. Equally at home with Bach\, Beethoven\, and Rachmaninoff\, as well as Ellington and Gershwin\, his recitals are creative\, engaging\, and entertaining and generally include time honored favorites as well as pieces that audiences may be hearing for the first time. Also featured is his MoyerCam\, a projection system that allows the audience to see his hands as he plays. This performance will include works by Mozart\, Schubert\, Grieg\, and Oscar Peterson. \nFrederick Moyer has established a vital musical career that has taken him to 44 countries and to such distant venues as Suntory Hall in Tokyo\, Sydney Opera House\, Windsor Castle\, Carnegie Recital Hall\, Tanglewood\, and the Kennedy Center. He has appeared as piano soloist with world renowned orchestras the across the country\, and in Singapore\, Netherlands Radio\, Latvian\, Iceland\, and London Symphony Orchestras\, Hong Kong and Japan Philharmonic Symphony Orchestras\, the National Symphony Orchestra of Brazil\, and the major orchestras of Australia. His many recordings on the Biddulph\, GM\, and JRI labels reflect an affinity for a wide variety of styles. In recital\, his delightful commentary from the stage brings the audience into the heart of the musical experience. It is a volatile area where regional powers\, global interests\, and local aspirations intersect in ever-evolving and often violent ways. \nThe 2026 Camden Conference will explore how traditional and emerging powers are reshaping relationships and testing alliances across this globally vital region. Join distinguished speakers as they analyze the forces driving these regional dynamics. \nVali Nasr will serve as keynote speaker. Nasr has advised senior American policy makers\, world leaders\, and businesses as professor of International Affairs and Middle Eastern Studies at Johns Hopkins University where he co-directs the Rethinking Iran Initiative. This webinar will answer the question “What does it take to be a good board member?” The speakers will discuss what nonprofit board service looks like\, help participants assess if board service is a good fit for their personal goals\, and guide participants toward opportunities that match individual passions and talents. \nMeet the speakers: \nJennifer Hutchins is the Executive Director of the Maine Association of Nonprofits. Prior to joining MANP\, she was Executive Director of Creative Portland and Director of Communications and External Affairs at the University of Southern Maine’s Muskie School of Public Service. She serves on the boards of the National Council of Nonprofits\, the Maine Philanthropy Center and the USM Muskie School. She holds a master’s degree in public policy and management. \nMolly O’Connell is the Assistant Director of Maine Association of Nonprofits (MANP)\, where she is proud to be part of a team working to empower people with purpose by strengthening the leadership\, voice and organizational effectiveness of Maine’s vital nonprofit community.
