EXPANSION
The Blueberry Commons Expansion will include 14 new apartments in one
four-story building. It will be attached to the existing three
Blueberry Commons buildings and connect to our
Fitness Pavilion, Hilltop Lodge, and Main Lodge buildings.

EXISTING
Blueberry Commons currently offers three interconnected, energy-efficient buildings. They feature corner apartments up to 1,800 square feet, all with fireplaces, balconies, and underground or covered parking included.
