OceanView was created under the vision of its founder John Wasileski. A Maine resident, John is recognized as the pre-eminent originator of the active retirement community in the state, along with a focus on smart growth and commitment to the environment.

Our commitment to sustainability is clear. We serve locally sourced foods, use environmentally-friendly cleaning products, recycle, compost, and employ more than 40 solar energy systems on campus.

Falmouth House Expansion Grand Reopening.
Hager Fitness Pavilion breaks ground.

Legacy Memory Care Expansion, The Stewart Neighborhood, begins construction.
