OceanView celebrated its Anniversary Party “Under the Sea” in November with food, drinks, and catchy tunes from Island Beats, a steel drum band playing
Caribbean-style covers of popular songs.

Residents donned colorful blue and green outfits, festive head pieces, and temporary tattoos between bouncing around some beach balls.
