Intermission: This opera has two acts. There will be an intermission after the first act, and OceanView will provide light snacks and beverages.
Leonard Bernstein’s comic operetta Candide is based on Voltaire’s 1759 novella of the same name. This 2005 production stars Kristen Chenoweth, Patti LuPone, Paul Grove, Sir Thomas Allen, and Marin Alsop. This opera is sung in English.
