OceanView’s Schoolhouse cottage neighborhood, aptly named for its proximity to Falmouth’s re-imagined school buildings, is nestled into the hillside starting just behind our Blueberry Commons apartments. They are optimally sited for best sun exposure and privacy. They come equipped with photovoltaic solar panels and propane-fired, full-service generators. These units are approximately 1,600 square feet with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, gas fireplaces, 4-season sunrooms, and patios.
Built between 2015-2018, the popularity of these cottages helped to inspire our vision for the Cumberland Crossing by OceanView community.
