Things are truly taking shape at the Blueberry Commons building site, as evidenced by this incredible aerial photograph taken a few weeks ago! It shows the Main Lodge to the far right with Hilltop Lodge in the center and the outline of the foundation of Blueberry Commons Building #14 at the bottom left. Buildings #12 and #16 will fill the space above that building and attach to it and to the end of Hilltop Lodge.

Due to the popularity of this overall addition to the OceanView campus and our current 70% pre-sales to date, all three of these energy efficient, interconnected apartment buildings are now underway. With ledge on the site, blasting was used to prepare the site for the foundation of the large underground parking garage that will stretch beneath Buildings #12 and #16.

Soon the walls will start to appear! We have a great look-out deck for residents and their guests to get a good view of the progress, where they can sit and enjoy the construction from a safe and comfortable perch!
