Founded in 1986, our campus sits on a hilltop overlooking Portland and scenic Casco Bay with easy access to the many social, cultural, culinary, and retail opportunities offered by Maine’s largest city.
OceanView residents receive an impressive array of services that enhance their independent lifestyles. Without the worry of home maintenance (inside or out), residents have the freedom to truly enjoy their retirement to the fullest! Our Enrichment Academy includes workshops, entertainment, and seminars with a wide range of interesting and educational topics. Meeting people is easy as you attend programs that are of mutual interest: the Portland Symphony, a walk along our wooded paths, or a movie in our 36-seat Screening Room. Fitness classes in our new 4,000 sq. ft. state-of-the-art Hager Fitness Pavilion, health care management, flexible dining options, transportation, and housekeeping are among the many other services that promote stress-free living at OceanView. We also offer peace of mind for the future with the availability of on-site home care through our PRO services, as well as a care continuum including Falmouth House Assisted Living and Legacy Memory Care.
We are also excited to introduce you to our new satellite cottage community called Cumberland Crossing by OceanView. With many neighbors already in residence, sites are still available to have a custom-built cottage completed for your ideal occupancy date. Located on a beautiful 37+ acre property about 5 miles from OceanView at Falmouth, this lovely new neighborhood has a new heated saltwater pool and access to the amenities on the OceanView campus.
