Residents Enjoy OceanView Organized Trips Again!
With our residents all vaccinated against Coronavirus, we have been happy to start reopening dining, amenities, in-person fitness classes and activities, all in accordance with Maine CDC guidelines. This week we were pleased to start offering outings, starting with a special invitation from the Children’s Museum & Theater of Maine!
The Myron & Gladys Hager Fitness Pavilion
We are very excited to announce the completion of our 4,000 square-foot state-of-the art fitness facility, proudly named after Myron and Gladys Hager, who were the first residents to move into our community when it was founded in 1986!
Residents Treated to Special “Pop-Up Concerts”
Our ever-creative Activities staff decided to try hosting mini “pop-up concerts.” Held in open spaces with limited seating and performance times, these concerts allowed our residents to enjoy live music, all while remaining safety distanced.
OceanView Funds Friends School Solar Energy Expansion
OceanView proudly continues its partnership with the Friends School of Portland in funding the purchase of an additional 286 solar panels that have been installed atop the school’s new expansion.
