OceanView residents, family, friends, and community members raised a glass in celebration of the completion of Falmouth House’s renovation and expansion! 10 new apartments were added, including beautiful end units with water views, walk-in closets and eating nooks. Larger, spacious floor plans were designed to meet the increasing demand for the accommodation of couples.

In addition to the apartments, the Living Room and Dining Room were also be expanded. The kitchen received extensive upgrades, where our outstanding team of chefs continue to cook three freshly prepared meals a day. The Activity Room saw the addition of a Café Kitchen complete with brand new cabinets, appliances, and granite countertops. This warm, cozy area is where residents enjoy exercise classes, creative arts, discussion groups, movie screenings, or just a cup of coffee with a friend.
