Main Lodge Expansion: We Have Our Team!
FALMOUTH, ME – OceanView is pleased to announce that they have selected locally owned and operated Landry French Construction Co. as the general contractor for the Main Lodge Expansion Project. Landry French Construction is a newly-formed partnership between Kevin French and Denis Landry, both veteran contractors with over fifty years combined experience in the area. Their expertise, combined with a drive to deliver superior customer service, respect for their clients and exceptional quality in their work align well with OceanView’s own plans for the Expansion.
Sales and Marketing Manager, Gloria Walker explained, “These large, luxury apartments will be similar in size, style and services to our existing Hilltop Lodge apartments which have been in high demand. The new Main Lodge Expansion apartments will be added to the ends of the southern and eastern wings of the Main Lodge, giving many of them beautiful views of Casco Bay and Portland. They will also have balconies or patios, gas fireplaces and central air conditioning and an optional meal plan. As always with new construction at OceanView, the opportunity for future residents to customize the layout and decor of their new home is available.”

With over 85% of the apartments pre-sold, the Main Lodge Expansion is now being pre-marketed with a 5% pre-construction discount available.
