OceanView Receives MEREDA Award

Each spring, the Maine Real Estate & Development Association (MEREDA) celebrates real estate development in Maine by recognizing various development projects throughout the state that meet certain criteria such as “notable” and “significant.” OceanView was proud to learn that our recent expansion including Blueberry Commons, Legacy Memory Care, Lunt Professional Building and Lunt Auditorium were chosen as a Notable Project for 2014.
