Our new Game Room is set up and ready for casual recreation and friendly competitions! By popular demand, we now have table tennis. This brand new hydraulic table easily folds up, allowing for accommodation of single players. Read more

We have all seen images of the overwhelming destruction caused by Hurricane Sandy in New York and New Jersey. The catastrophic effects of the storm have decimated towns and cities, and left families homeless, powerless and without basic necessities. Read more
On Friday, October 26th, OceanView went all out, as we do each year, in celebration of our anniversary! With decorations in purple, pink, orange, turquoise and gold, our Main Dining Room, Community Room and Gazebo Grille took on an Arabian Nights ambiance, complete with belly dancers and Middle Eastern cuisine. Our latest project has been to update and expand the parking area and carport spaces at the Main Lodge. Not only will it provide additional parking for residents, their guests and visitors, but it will also create a more efficient traffic flow and add additional appeal to our campus and main entrance with this brand new structure. On Wednesday, Aug. 29th, OceanView owner John Wasileski hired a hi-lift (cherrypicker) to come to our campus to allow the development staff for Blueberry Commons to see, first-hand, the potential views from the new buildings. Read more
In January 2012, the Falmouth town council unanimously voted to sell the former Plummer-Motz and Lunt elementary school complex for $3.25 million to OceanView at Falmouth to add twenty abutting acres to the existing 60 acre retirement community campus. Read more
