Travel & Leisure Ranks Portland Among ‘Greenest Cities’
Portland is the seventh “greenest city” in the United States, according to the readers of Travel & Leisure magazine.
It’s also the No. 1 city in America to visit and to live in during the summer, according to the magazine’s rankings. It edged out San Diego in the visiting category, and Portland, Oregon in the living category.
