Are you seeing emails from OceanView and Cumberland Crossing?
If no, then it is possible you have accidentally “unsubscribed” from our email list. It is important that all residents remain on our email list, so if you believe you have been unsubscribed, please email Dustin Bonk at dustin@oceanviewrc.com, and he can check your email address status or get you resubscribed. It’s very easy to do!
It is also possible that your email service is redirecting our emails to non-primary folders, like spam, junk, or promotions folders. If so, please mark them as “not spam” or whatever setting your email service uses.
We regularly send out emails directed at our residents and priority waiting list members, and some include important notices, so please do not unsubscribe!
Please bookmark the Resident Portal and check back often. Here is a guide on how to bookmark the Portal for smart phone and desktop browsers. These instructions are courtesy of OceanView resident Bonnie Yelverton. The Resident Portal is not found on our primary website, and it is not searchable online.

FullCount Reservations for
Dining and Activities

OceanView will now be using FullCount to help facilitate resident reservations for dining as well as registrations for some activities on the Lifestyle Calendar.
This is a new service for us, and, for now, we are only using this for Dining and select events/activities on the Lifestyle Calendar for OceanView and Cumberland Crossing.
Residents are still welcome to sign up for all activities at the Activities Nook.
Please bear with us as we all learn how to use this new system.

Marketing Events
OceanView typically hosts two events per month that are open to the public. These marketing events are different from other activities on the Enrichment Academy calendar.
The easiest way to sign up for one of these events is through our website.
However, you can also call the Front Desk.
