We are so excited to kick off our 25th year! While our Main Lodge Expansion finishes up, we had a party to to celebrate the history and memories since OceanView was completed back in the fall of 1986. When our first residents moved in, there was no online shopping or text messaging, and the average gallon of gas was 89 cents. Read more
