OceanView Annual Soup Challenge

OceanView Chef's lined up at our Annual Soup Challenge!

Our residents, and their tummies, look forward each year to the Annual Soup Challenge, a tasty fundraising event. With a suggested $5 donation to the OceanView Resident Assistance Fund, participants get to sample soups prepared by some of our talented chefs, and then have the tricky task of having to vote for their favorite!

OceanView's Soup Challenge First Place Trophy

Chef Chris placed third with his Potato Leek, Chef Helen came in second with her Creamy Coconut Curry Chicken & Vegetables, and Chef Tom took home the first place trophy by cooking up an incredibly delicious and creamy classic Haddock Chowder! Runners-up included Chef Betsy’s Sweet Potato & Carrot, Chef Jeff’s Hot and Sour, and Chef Mary Ann’s Chicken Tortellini.
